Paul Healey, President & CEO
Paul operated the Bell group of companies in Western Canada as President from 2001 to 2006, and led the launch of Bell Mobility. Paul brings over 20 years of diverse operations experience gained through progressively senior roles across many leading organizations including The Gemini Group, Boeing, Nortel and Rogers Wireless. Paul is a board member of the Fraser Health Authority, British Columbia Social Venture Partners and the Mr. Lube Foundation. Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
Diane Campbell, Director, Human Resources
Diane is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience developing and implementing HR strategies for companies including Epic Data Inc. and the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Diane received her diploma in Human Resource Management and Business from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Boyd Crawford, Vice President, Corporate Stores
Boyd has over 15 years of sales, customer service and channel management leadership and a strong track record of success in retail program development and implementation in highly competitive environments such as Duracell Canada Inc., Pure Energy Battery Corp. and Bell Canada. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Brent Cuthbertson, Vice President, Marketing
Brent is a recognized marketing visionary and executive with over 15 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, insurance and financial services with organizations including Bank of Montreal, Richmond Savings, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Bell Mobility, and American Express. Brent completed the Business Executive Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and has been recognized as one of BC’s “Top 40 under 40”.
Michael Hachey, Vice President, Corporate Services & Strategy
Michael is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in planning and operations. His experience spans both the public and private sectors with companies such as Bell Canada, Ernst & Young and Labatt’s Breweries. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Queens University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.
Stuart Suls, CFO & Executive Vice President
Stuart has over 20 years of international experience in senior leadership roles for Fortune 500 retail, franchising, manufacturing, food service and transportation companies including Ryder Truck Rental, Arby’s Inc., and General Mills. Stuart previously was President of SE Independent Delivery Services, Inc, North America’s largest furniture distribution company. Stuart actively supports a number of charitable organizations and is a Board member of the Tampa YMCA and Meals on Wheels. Stuart is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Maryland College.
John Ticknor, Vice President, Legal
John possesses extensive legal experience with lease matters, commercial lending and franchise transactions. From 1985 through 2000, John was a partner at three different firms specializing in corporate commercial matters and has since provided exclusive legal services to the Mr. Lube Canada organization. John holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Victoria and has been a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia since 1982.
Dan Tung, General Manager, Customer Experience
Dan Tung is a customer service leader with over 12 years of senior management experience in developing customer experience strategies, customer service training and leading large departments through rapid growth. His experience covers both public and private industries at Revenue Canada, Rogers and Bell Mobility. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
Craig White, Vice President, Franchise Development
Craig
has over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, customer service, sales and channel marketing with companies including Electronic Arts, Bell Canada, Sprint and HP (formerly Digital Computers). Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Business Administration diploma from Ryerson University and has completed Executive Development Programs at both Brown University and York’s Schulich School of Business.
Tom Zacharias, Vice President, Operations
Tom has over 20 years of service industry experience in both multi-unit retail and restaurant management. He was formerly the Chief Operating Office of the Air Terminal Restaurant Division of Cara Operations Ltd, which has 100 restaurants, 50% of which were franchised, in major airports across Canada. Tom is a graduate of executive development programs at Simon Fraser University, University of Guelph and the Rotman School of Business.
